Extraterritorial Income Exclusion IRS form 8873 ???

This is one of those vague deductions by the IRS for sales exports to foreign countries. Does this exclusion apply to eBay sales to Canada and other countries, if so, I'm finding it hard to get any info on this subject. If there are any tax experts with Auctiva or with this forum can you help me out?

4 days later and no replies! Told you it was vague!
Anywoo, if I could claim foreign sales as a deduction it would take days to go through all my online Paypal records to add them all up. Not worth the time!
