This happened to me last week then I used the BETA upload and everything worked perfectly. Today, I'm trying to upload photos and every one is being rejected -- even though they're smaller in size than the ones I uploaded the other day! What is going on? Can someone offer a suggestion to get pictures uploaded? This is ridiculous and of course there's no one available to help!
Is there someone at Auctiva that can be contacted about this problem?
This is the FIRST time I've had this problem, but I've only used this service for 6 mos. I love it...except for the fact that my images WILL NOT LOAD !!!
help !!!
help !!!
I got one to upload but the rest will not upload at all. Does any one know what is happening?
I've just tried to upload about 20 images, and all have failed. They have all been produced in the same way as previous (successfully uploaded) photos. No idea what's going on!
No--no word from Auctiva what's going on--do file a Help request ..... here's a quick link.....

.IN THE MEANTIME --
1.) upload your pics to a free host site (I use Photobucket)
2.) when creating your listing, at the bottom of the picture section, you'll see Image Hosting: Auctiva[ switch to externally hosted images ] ......... click Externally Hosted Images...
3.) You'll be taken to a new window to enter the addresses of the externally hosted images.
4.) Enter them. Then it's automatic--Auctiva should be able to capture them & insert them into your auction. (hopefully).
It usually works great--it's just a little more tedius.

My have been failing all morning. Seems like this is happening more and more. All I know to do is the list the item and then save it to the Auctiva site and wait for the picture upload to start working again. I do wish they would get their new ducks in a row, so that listing would not be so frustrating. june8611
I filed a report with activia about this problme and told them that according to the community bulletins, this is happening throughout the site. Hopefully they fix the problem soon.
Same issue here - and photos are not too big.
I just tried, w/ a 97k jpg. Both IE via HTML and the new beta w/ Firefox. Both failed.
Sounds like a great time to walk away - get some iced tea and chill out - come back in a while or just list and save the auctions/listings to post later. You can always upload and insert images into them later.
It's the weekend - they are short staffed on week ends - and remember the great price this service is .... FREE!
Enjoy your day!

Hi Community,
Thanks for helping to bring this issue to our attention. As many of you have been discussing on this thread, we are currently experiencing some technical difficulties that are preventing many users from being able to upload images. Our technical team is currently investigating these issues and will have it resolved as soon as possible.
I will be posting further updates on the following thread of our community forum as additional information becomes available: https://community.auctiva.com/eve/forums?a=tpc&s=3496045...851029492#5851029492
