Auctions have not been tracking for a lot of people using Sellathon. I posted about it over there and so did several others. Some had my experience---no auctions being showing up at all, despite bids/watches. Others had some showing up but not all.

Michael from customer service posted that they were fixing the problem but that he had looked at my auctions and that the HTML for the sellathon code was faulty. He said I needed to revise my auctions w/the correct code. So I've gotten the tracking code and done that.

But the thing is, the HTML for the sellathon tracker was automatically inserted into my listings by Auctiva. I never physically added it myself. Previously, the auctions have tracked fine, with just minor Sellathon glitches, so the code must have been okay.

Is it possible somehow the code got messed up in Auctiva's system?

I've got some listings scheduled to upload tonight and will see if those track appropriately w/sellathon.

I think someone from Auctiva might need to help with this and communicate with Sellathon. My new uploads had the same faulty HTML, apparently, as the Sellathon logo did not appear in the auction even though the HTML was in there.

So I've had to go to each auction and to the best of my ability delete the bad HTML and replace it w/the correct tracking code. Of course I couldn't do that for auctions with bids.

Also, I couldn't really tell what needed to be removed but took out everything from <begin sellathon> to <end sellathon>.

But...I hope to figure this out before the next uploads, or disable sellathon or something because it's a bit of a pain to go in and revise the HTML code in each auction.

Thank you.
