It's much less funny to me now. I checked eBay after publishing it and the fee was close to $200 for my STORE and it should have been about 13 cents, well that's what I thought.

Can someone explain what is going on. The second line listing, the second title shows .02 on Auctiva listing page but when I post it something is causing it to add eBay's value pack. Why is that happening? How do I stop it.
Hi Tantalizing,

Ebay's "Value Pack" marketing tool package, which you can read more about on the following page of eBay's help index, http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/valuepack.html, allows you to receive a discout of 20 cents when you are using the "Gallery", "Subtitle", and "Listing Designer" options. The application of the "Value Pack" discount should only cause you to pay less for a listing than you woupld have paid otherwise.

Since we allow our sellers to choose from our own template library free of charge, sellers do not have the option to select eBay's "Listing Designer" marketing tool on our lister page. Therefore, to allow our customers to take advantage of eBay's "Value Pack", we recently made it so the appropriate discount is applied when the "Gallery" and "Subtitle" marketing tools are selected.

If you feel that our fee estimator is not accurately calculating the insertion and marketing tool fees associated with posting your listing(s), please file a support request using the appriopriate link on our help page, http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx.

Hello Mike,

I'm pretty sure there is an error when sub title is used but perhaps I made a mistake. Or something is happening to me on Firefox? I posted a support question.

I came here because I didn't know if it was my mistake. But you can look at the estimate. It makes no sense. I didn't select value pack but the numbers don't add up.

Thanks for the help.
