With the new auto feedback, if someone gives me a negative will Auctiva automatically give them a positive from me???

According to Auctiva, it only leaves autofeedback when someone leaves you a positive.

But I noticed this on the list of feedbacks to save in profile - can set autofeedback to leave as positive, neutral, or negative.

So, my question is, if the system only leaves auto-feedback when someone leaves you a positive, why in the world would you need to auto-leave negatives or neutrals ? What, we might want to auto-neg everyone that leaves us a positive? Seems kinda silly if only leaves auto-fb when someone leaves a positive.
