Why doesn't auctiva pick up when feedback is left or I send feedback. I have both my auctiva checkout and ebay checkout going. I don't know which one my customers are using. Auctiva picks up everything else from ebay what gives am I doing something wrong

Hi, personally I would stick to one or the other, as the potential for confusion for a buyer is high particularly if they are relatively new to buying on eBay, you do not want to put them off buying from you again.

Also I would give personal graded feedback if possible but of course that depends on your sales volume and available time.
