Feedback email template

It would be good to have a default email template added to the list that can be used to remind customers to leave feedback...even better would be to automate this - it is nearly there with the automatic feedback-on-receipt-of-customer-feedback. something that could send a friendly email say a week after the sale to remind them to leave feedback and that they'll get +ve feedback in return would be great.

I agree with Patrick's suggestion.

Request-Feedback email would be useful - need to allow insertion to take Buyer directly to the item for feedback access.

My understanding is that eBay Selling Manager supports this already.

Automatic (x days after auction-close) would be even better
