Feedback Problems

I've done a few auctions and the feedback isn't receiving anything from my customers. Is anyone else having this problem.

I am having the same issue; it's frustrating. It seems like since eBay institued the new policy most buyers are not giving feedbacks or threaten you with negative feedbacks.

I've asked the same question on eBay A/C center. Seems ever since eBay implemented their new Feedback page with all the confusion, people are just not taking the time or trouble to leave Feedback. It's all very frustrating for sellers such as us, when we go to great lengths to keep our customers happy and now we get no feedback at all. Way to go eBay!
