The feedback rating number that Auctiva is showing when I preview my (first!) listing is lower than what it should be. Is there something I should be doing? My token is up-to-date.

Auctiva only imports your feedback score once, at the time you generate your token, however, once posted, your listings will reflect the current, correct feedback score. If you would like to update your feedback score in the Auctiva system for any reason, you can do so by generating a new token
To generate a new token, please click the "Ebay Settings" link under the "My Account" tab, and then click the "Get New Token" button.
