Feedback score incorrect

just get a new token by going to My Account>ebay settings>get new token

and your current fb rating will be reflected when you preview, but it won't be continually updated with each new fb you get--you will have to refresh it once in awhile by getting a new ebay token.

Thank you Reba for your response. I went to my account>ebay settings and it tells me that my token is valid until 10/2009. Never the less I did as you suggested and am having difficulties. IE keeps telling me that the page can't be located. Will try again later. But I am a bit confused. Why must I get a new token anyway?

Auctiva does not update your FB because there's really no need. The only one who sees it is you, not anyone else. If someone clicks on your Auctiva store, they do not see the FB there. If they click on a listing, they are taken to Ebay where the proper FB score will be reflected. When you get a token, you're basically 'renewing' your membership, that's why it's updated at that time. I say don't worry about it...it's really not important
