Hi Diva,

You've come across the only good thing amongst the chaos of ebay's changes to FB...check out this link for more info

We now get credited (FB) from repeat buyers. If Buyer A buys something today, and something next week, my FB will go up 2 points instead of one. If items are won within the same week tho, it will still only count as one FB.

Check your percentage also, it may have also changed. Neutrals are now being counted as negatives Frown
Mine jumped big too. At first I thought it was the new method of counting repeat feedback since February, but now I'm not so sure. Recalcs with neutrals now countng as negs has numbers for some looking alot worse.

The new policy on feedback was implemented, e.g. no negs to buyers. Between someone who got neg'd for using peanuts for packing and a neutral for an opened package to Germany (BY CUSTOMS) TODAY, sellers are really in an ugly mood. Roll Eyes

Just glad I'm on the sidelines watching the fray.

Danno
