Filing support request comes back as run time error

Every time i clik on the link for Support request it comes back as run time error, how am i suppose to seek help if the page is saying that?

Hi, I am doing the support request aswell, have you been on Auctiva to long? because I have just started. Because it is free it might not allow you do things at certain times

Nah, you should definitely be able to file a support request. I'd definitely try it again. If you still can't get through then post your problem on the forums here (if you haven't already).
