Last night I asked Auctiva Find And Replace to replace "14 day" in all of my listings with "30 day." Now all of my listings have spaces deleted between words throughout the listing. For example, "All items are housed" is changed to "All itemsarehoused" "DOA refunds are" is changed to "DOArefundsare" etc throughout each listing.

I'm almost positive that this is not an HTML problem. I’ve viewed the HTML for the listings that Find And Replace messed up, and those spaces are gone from the body text itself.

In the part of my descriptions that is the same for all 140+ items I have listed (shipping, returns, etc) the spaces that have been deleted from between words are in the same spot in each listing.

I've emailed Auctiva support about this - they were not very helpful. Their response: "It should not be possible at all for our service to do that as it just replaces the text." He also said that their engineers "...can not say that the issue was caused by our services." The listings looked fine right before I ran the Find and Replace tool, and they were messed up right after. I haven't used any other editors or eBay Applications in weeks.

The support guy's suggestion to fix the problem: "You could try to do find and replaces for the text that is missing the spaces and add them back in." Even if I was willing to trust their service a second time, it isn't just the parts of the descriptions that are the same across all items that are messed up, the individual item descriptions are missing spaces in several places as well.

Does ANYONE have ANY ideas as to how I can fix this without spending hours fixing each of my 140+ item descriptions individually? My sales have dropped off to 0 since yesterday and I'm literally losing hundreds of dollars per day while the descriptions are messed up.

if you used the Find and Replace on your active listings your saved listing should be okay. I would of course check to be sure.
If the saved listings are okay and you know that the saved listings have all your current information you could then end the eBay listings and ReList form the saved listings. Another option might be to used what is in the Closed Listings in a similar manner.
