if you created your listings on Auctiva and have not deleted them, they should be available in your Saved Listings by selecting "All" from the View Listings pull down menu. If they were not created in Auctiva the only way that would be in your Saved listings is if you imported them from Closed Listings as Larry noted.
Please keep in mind that of the items that show on your Closed Listings page, you will only be able to relist or import listings that are less than 90 days old as the Closed Listings page pulls that data from eBay and eBay does not store listing data past 90 days after a listing has ended.
Please note that on your Closed Listings page you can only use the Edit and Relist function for items you have in your Saved Listings and because the page references eBay directly, you can only relist from the Closed Listings page if the items are less than 90 days old as eBay does not keep listing data beyond 90 days after an item has closed.
If you have items that have ended on eBay that have not imported into your Closed Listings or are not importing in a timely fashion, please file a support case from under the Help tab of the site letting us know the details of what occurs for you and a few item numbers as examples so we can take a look into it for you.
You can file a support case at any time from under the Help tab of the site using the 'File a Support Case' option - this does not require you to be logged in to your account.
If you have a listing you have created on Auctiva and saved it, it will remain in your Saved Listings until you delete it. You can re post listings from there or make edits to them to post them again once complete.
If your listings were built on eBay, they are only available for import from the Closed Listings page for 90 days, as the Closed Listings page references eBay directly and eBay only stores listing data for 90 days after an item has ended.
If you are having difficulty with specific listings you can always file a case letting us know the item numbers of these listings and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
If you have already filed a support case, you can continue working with us via that case. We would need the details of the listings to review within your account to be able to look into this issue.
Please also note that we do not have live support available on Saturdays, so we would not have been able to return your call - and we have had some recent issues with our phone system, which have since been resolved. So, if you left a message and have not yet heard back, we will respond to that message. Please note that the live support hours are Sunday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific Time.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
Note: if you proceed, you will no longer be following .
