hi, i can access my active listing, when i try and access saved listing, page takes me to home page each time, yet i saved files earlier today and just recently - any suggestions please

Clear your browser's cache & cookies, restart the browser and try again.
thanks i cleared cache, but nothing happened, then i shut down computer and restarted and they were there again

Since you were unable to find your saved listings all of a sudden, it is most likely that you had a search or filter enabled on your Saved Listings page that did not return any results. If you encounter this problem again, you should be able to resolve it by selecting All Listings, All Folders, All eBay Sites, and No Consignment Filter respectively from the 4 drop-down menus under Filter Listings and then clicking the blue Go button below.
