Hello, I am new to Auctiva and so far I am really pleased!!
In my auctions it shows that I do not have Flash Player. I am having problems getting Flash Player to download/work. I am clicking on the link in one of my auctions to go to their site. I get to the step of it downloading, see the green progress bar, and then it goes away and does not indicate it has downloaded. Flash Player shows in Control Panel after I do this.
I have removed Flash Player, downloaded again, cleaned out cache, restarted computer.

I have it on my other computer and it works with no problem.
Any suggestions what I can try next is most appreciated.

Hi Bobbie,

Is this true of ALL your listings, or only 1? If so, would you post that listing number so we can look at it too?

On this computer are you running a firewall? If so, have you given the flash player permission?

By control panel, do you mean in the Add/Remove Programs in control panel?

Sorry for the questions, but I don't have enough information without them.
