Flat Rate Shipping Options

Hello, I'm new to Auctiva and have created a new listing, however, I was given a message that Ebay was not able to post my auction because of an invalid flat rate shipping option. But I did state a flat rate shipping cost. Any advice about what the problem might be?

I've had a lot of problems lately with the new seller's form on Ebay giving me a constant "error on page" message which I did not have using the old seller's form, so I thought I'd try Auctiva. The only thing that seems to be holding me up at this point is about the flat rate shipping option. Advice welcome, thanks.

You may want to file a support case about this issue using the appropriate link on our help page. this will allow our support representatives to view your listing and hopefully pinpoint the problem.
