Folders - Please Help

I'm really new to Auctiva. I'm trying to figure out how to view listings I've created that have NOT been listed. What I'm getting is every listing I've saved whether it has been listed, sold etc. I figured that organizing into folders may work, but is there a better way? How do you get a quick view of what needs to be listed, what sold etc?

Hi grammas'attic, my preference is to list in batches, images and listings saved in folders named with batch numbers and track everything with an Excel spreadsheet. Keeps my 100's of listings in order
