Font Sizes not what they should be on Ebay

YES>> YES> >YES> > am having same issue, even if I preview before I save some are different after I save and then preview them.

Fonts different, craziness.

I am going to do support request tonight.. or in early a.m. but there is also another thread on a similar issue too.

If you find something before I do, please post it.

I was going to try and send a support request tonight but that wasn't getting through, it just kept spinning and going nowhere. I have used Auctiva in the past when it was free and it always had issues with the fonts, so I guess they just have never been able to fix it. I will let you know if I find out anything, though.

Spinning support for me today too.

However, I did go to another forum and found link that auctiva put on it. Surprisingly that took me to same page.. but then it let me file???

AUCTIVA HELP US HERE PLEASE. WE CAN'T GET THROUGH TO SUPPORT SO CAN'T FILE WITH YOU. . PLEASE HELP US OUT.


I had issues also when it was free. I was told the issues were a result that happened around the time they had that virus that they changed their software and that was causing problems with font sizes, but never addressed the jumping. but now am finding things listed after the virus are doing same thing.

I did get response on this. However, was not real thrilled with response. I wrote back with examples last night and have not heard today. i sent 3 - 4 samples to them.

HOpefully we can get a response.

Tony, while I am able to get through to support now, my last request which had 3 add on examples of the issue has not been responded to.

Can someone tell us why it is NOT What You See Is What You Get and What you Type is NOT what You Get?

Can someone from auctiva either answer here or respond to my request that has 3 examples of issues

Vickie, I see Support gave you an answer that he had run by our engineers before he responded.

Specifically...the root cause of this is that Internet Explorer and Firefox interpret the formatting code with respect to font size differently.
