Font type and size

This has been going on for me for a year already. Despite support requests and other advice there is apparently no fix. I use FF too but it also happens with IE

Like I said:

I don't have TIME to sit here and think of ALL the different problems and type it all out, but right off the top of my head:

1) I tell it "small" font and it looks small until I go to preview it and it's huge.

2) I tell it red font and sometimes it will stay BLACK (I know many templates only take BLACK, which is weird, but the templates I'm talking about are the ones I use over and over and sometimes the font colors take, other times it refuses).

That is just two of the many constant problems I have.
