Forgot template

Can someone give me the html code to add a template as I forgot when I listed an item. I will get the img scr numbers and add them after I add the template

You could try selecting a template for that listing on the listing page, and then save it. From the Saved listings page, select that listing and click on 'Get HTML' and it should give you the HTML for your new description including the template! Hope that helps!
