FORMAT ISSUES AGAIN & SLOW LOADING... HELP!

So things still seem to be loaded reeeeeaaaaaal slow for me, and in addition the Paste Word link which worked last week and solved my multi-space formatting problem is now not working properly and I'm having extreme difficult formatting... Can someone from Auctiva please post that they're aware of these issues and if not, please advise the tech staff that this is happening? Thanks!

We were experiencing a lot of slowness on the Auctiva site this weekend due to some issues with our bandwidth provider. We are currently working with them to get this resolved, so we do not experience the same problem next weekend.

As for the "Paste from Word" button not working properly...if you file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page, we can investigate that further.
