Fradulent items in store!

I received notice from ebay that someone had used my account to post multiple auctions and they had shut them down. Now I see where Auctiva has aksed for an Ebay token again, and there are items listed in my STORE that are not mine! HOw do I make sure this is rectified here? Do I have to cancel my account, change password?? What's going on???
