This is the message I get after trying to crop a photo. I pay 9.95 a month for the 1 GB and I am well over 1 MB. any ideas?

I tried to check on this for you but your Auctiva id must be different than your forum id, as i can't find you under the name Gortusk.
We've had some problems recently with people getting a message similar to what your are reporting. Would you please file a support case on this. If you are on the $9.95 plan, you should not be receiving the message you described.
