A few things I’d suggest you do to help make the on-boarding experience easy and comfortable for you are outlined below.
- Sign up for a free Auctiva Multi-Channel 101 Webinar where you’ll receive a guided tour of the site, complete with feature demonstrations. Plus, at the end you’ll have the ability to ask an Auctiva representative any questions you may have.
- As we’re a multi-channel inventory management solution that offers Auto-Synced Quantity across channels, we strongly suggest you disable any other 3rd party application(s) that may automatically adjusting your listing’s quantity, in order to ensure fast and accurate product data synchronization.
- During the 5-step on-boarding process, you’ll be encouraged to pick your Inventory Management setting. You can choose either, Auto-Synced Quantity or Allocated Quantity. Check out our FAQs here to learn more and see which one is right for you.
