FRUSTRATION WILL DESTROY ME

Hi All!

So when relisting I see a puzzle piece. How in the world am I to preview the listing and see when and how I want to make changes in the listing?

Right now I'm relisting directly via eBay. At this very point in time, the only 2 services I'm using at Auctiva is the shipping insurance for only PART of my inventory items, and the listing template.

Tell me I haven't made a mistake signing up for Auctiva services! There have been so many bumps in the road which I've weathered just fine. This is a hurdle and I keep crashing into it...my shins are bruised now.

Hi, ya i understand your frustration.
There is no way to edit a relisting except on ebay. When you hit the relist button on evilbay or activa the ebay "review your listing" page will open. On the bottom to the right of the "List your item " button there is the link to "Edit listing" in blue letters. That is how it is done. Now if you wish to change photos to a relist or active listing you may do this with auctiva under the "add images" under the listings/active tab. Or you can replace photos under the images/manage tab. I replace images that i do not like this way. The first way adds the photo to the bottom of the auction page.

Or just pay the fees again instead of relist and go to auctiva and use the same listing template with your new changes.
