After spending 2 hours with eBay and about 2 hours with Auctiva techs I still do not have an explanation as to what caused my full descriptions disappeared from my listings. A message from a buyer with a question that should have been answered in the description alerted me to the problem. It has been going on for a while. I have about 40+ auctions affected. The techs gave me a fix and tried to blame me for importing bad stuff - the problem is - I do not cut & paste from Word nor do I relist from ebay - I relist from my Saved auctions. I can not see how this was my fault. But when I asked if could get a credit for one month of Auctiva for the fees I have paid-the items that didn't sell or sold for less because of no description and the 4 hours I spent trying to resolve this. The answer was credit was not available for this type of issue. When might credit be available? When a major glitch happens to a customer that is not their fault, wouldn't it only make sense to at least say you are sorry and showing good customer service extend a credit?
