Gallery Image/Stock Photos

Hi there-

I have hundreds of listings for media; Books, CDs, DVDs, etc. I used Ebays "find your product" feature using the barcodes/ISBNs and then using the stock photo which they sometimes provide.

All of a sudden, these listings will not post and the error check says they need a gallery image.

What happened or changed? Do I really have to take pictures of all of these items that ebay demanded that I use their product bank to list? I have hundreds of listings that won't post due to this "error"

Please Please tell me this is an problem in the system???

While there have been a few reports regarding the validation of images in a listing, they have been quite specific and it is unclear if the same issue is occurring for you or you have encountered something a bit different.

Please file a support case from the Help tab of your account letting us know the details of what you have encountered as well as an example listing or two and we will be happy to look into it for you.
