Does anyone know what is going on with gallery pics. I listed item last night and gallery pic(that I paid paid for!) still is not showing.

Hi Waldi,
You should be able to repair the gallery images of these items via the following process:
1) Log into your eBay account and click on "My eBay"
2) Click on the item for which you'd like to change the gallery image.
3) Right click on the image you'd like to make your gallery image and click "Properties"
4) Copy the image URL...it begins with "http://..."
5) Click "Revise Your Item"
6) Click "Edit Pictures"
7) In the "Gallery Image URL” field, paste the copied URL over the existing one and save your changes.

I am having the same problem with a gallery image on one of my listings.
I tried fixing it using the above information, but it still isn't working. I have filed a help request w/Auctiva and Ebay with no resolution yet. I have re-pasted the URL 2 times...still a grey box in the search page. The gallery image shows correctly when I go in to 'edit picture'. I can't firgure out what is going on. I anyone has any suggestions please advise
