Gallery Images not Posting on Ebay

For two days now I have been very frustrated with your service. My posting to Ebay from Auctive as well as my Relists through Ebay show up with the two blank death photos. This is costing me money as well as business. I wonder is anyone else is experiencing this and if anyone has a fix.

Were the gallery images selected in the listing page? Are you sure the images haven't been deleted from Auctiva?

If nothing else, file a support request from the bottom of the Help page.

vision quest traders,

I may not be experiencing the exact same problem, but maybe it's related in some way. For the record, I have a listing with atleast six pictures and only one is appearing out on eBay. I double-checked my auctiva listing and all the pictures are indeed there.

I'd hate to have to cancel the ebay listing and resubmit to see if they all show up but I understand there's a short window of opportunity to do that without ebay charging for a new listing.
