You may be doing nothing wrong. It's possible one or more of the image servers is having a bad day. Usually, those problems are temporary.

Are you able to get into your Auctiva Store and see your items, and are those images OK?

BTW Folks....I'm hearing (grapevine) that a large Internet Service Provider is having a very bad day. Even my Internet Phone (MagicJack) isn't allowing outgoing calls.

I'm not sure if I have an Auctiva store - I havent fully explored yet! I just wanted a fancy gallery in my listings lol!
Anyway I had filed a support request and got a reply almost right away. They had to issue a command to set the pictures and said that it was just a temporary glitch which should be resolved in about 4 hours!
Hopefully it will be working soon =)
