Gallery not working

HELP! lol I decided to try to use this listing service since so many people love it but I have to say it is kind of time consuming just to set it up. But - my problem is this. I have receiving the Error message:

"eBay listing failed to pass validation for the following reason:
A gallery image has been selected but none of the Gallery options have been selected."

Now I did upload the picture first and then clicked on the gallery and it shows as picture #1 - so why am I getting the Error Message? I've tried re-doing this several times but always the same result. Also, what is the "Ebay Header Image" picture? Thanks for any help.

On the top of your listing page under the "Skip to a section" select maximize all scroll down to "marketing tools" and select gallery and it should then post for you.
