Couple of irritating issues - any help would be 1. listing CDs and I choose stock photos and gallery - stock photo appears but no gallery - This IS NOT CONSISTENT however. During the same listing session, using the same template, and the same method, some CDs show up with stock photos in the gallery and some do not. ALL had stock photos.

2. so trying to revise the CD active listings, I access via Active Listings, go to EBAY, try to revise and then am told to had return policy. I have a full return policy via Auctiva which is active and displayed in my listing. Cannot get around it in Ebay and have to quit.

These are both Ebay issues, and yes they are QUITE irritating. I don't know the remedy for the first one, but lots of us are dealing with the second one...you DO have to revise through ebay. You'll see your return policy details right there on the revision page (why they don't show in active listings is anyone's guess) Frown Just click on 'Change' or whatever it says and Submit. The good news is that this is one revision you can do in bulk.

Thanks the problem is that the fields on the Ebay revision form for return policy are already filled in and there is no button to edit, delete, or change? Maybe I am just blind.

Ebay is VERY glitchy...When I edited the other day, my policy was clearly shown. I clicked the Change button underneath (which didn't really do anything) then I hit Submit but it worked.

Tonight I added more listings. This time when I went to edit, the policy field was blank so I had to copy/paste. And there was no Change button. What a pain in the you know what!

I had sent an email to them about site issues and of course all they told me to do was to clear cookies & cache - sigh - which was the first thing I tried but of course it didn't work.

Look for a dropdown box under return policy on your revision/edit page and click edit. See if your details are there. If they are, just Submit. If they'e not, you'll have to copy/paste them back in there. And you can only do 10 at a time. I'm tearing my hair out at this point Big Grin Good luck.
