Generate an EBAY Token again?

I have been using Auctiva for my EBAY Listings for 3 weeks now, with my saved listings over 100. Than recently this week all of my work had dissapeared and it told me to Generate an EBAY Token which i have alredy done the 1st time and i even get an error message when trying to do that. The slide shows still show up on my EBAY Account, so whats the problem here?

Heres the Error Message im getting when i do try to Generate an EBAY Token again:

An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?

What does this mean ??? My account had been wiped clean and i am not able to do my daily routine's now, this is a major stepback for me. What should be done?

I had the same thing happen to me today. I have been using this for months with no problems. I took a month off and then listed 2 things a few days ago and now it is telling me I have to redo my ebay token. What is going on here?
