Generate Auctiva token

Recently I change my password at Ebay. Then I notice the store window does not show up in my listings any more. As suspected, I notice that I have invalid token. When I try to generate a new token, Ebay asks me if I am sure to link to Buying Manager. Is Buying Manager = Auctiva?

okay, I finally get a valid token. But I notice my ebay listings are not imported to Auctiva's active listing list. What else do I need to do?

Wait. It usually takes several hours for your listings to import into Auctiva. If your listings haven't been imported within 24 hours of when you created the token, at that point you might want to file a support case with Auctiva Support:

Apparently for listings created before generating a token, no store window. New listings after obtaining a token, no problem.
