hi, is there a way to do this? i was selling under one name, but i'm selling under a new account now (i've moved out of my mom's house, now i have my own account). thanks!

All you have to do is sign out of Auctiva and re-register under your new user ID. This will generate a token for the new account. I have 2 seller accounts and an Auctiva account for each of them, I remember it as being quite easy

I would file a support request with Auctiva (use Help button at the top). That would give you the most direct access for help.

I would generally advise against using the same Auctiva account with two different eBay accounts because it can create complications with respect to the scrolling gallery, however, if your mom's account does not currently have any active listings that contain the scrolling gallery, you should be able to do this without creating any problems.
To associate your Auctiva account with a new eBay account, you just need to generate a new token by clicking the "eBay Settings" link under the "My Account" tab within your account, and then clicking the "Get New Token" link on the ensuing page.
