I'm having problems getting auction posted. I used to be able to post on the regular Ebay site, but for some reason I can't anymore because with their new seller's form I can no longer upload pictures using the basic or upgraded picture services. I get a continuous message on the left bottom of my screen that says "error on page", so there's no use trying there anymore.
So I turned to Auctiva and was able to upload pictures without any problem. Now the problem seems to be generating a token. I contacted support and they said they reviewed my account and that there was a problem generating a token, but did not say what the problem was. Every time I try to generate one when I finish going through the steps it goes back to the main page where it says "this is a gentle reminder that you do not have a token attached to your account". So therefore I cannot post auctions if I don't have a token. I don't know what to do. Anyone with any advice? Please help if you can. Thanks.
