generating ebay token ??

i havent used the site for a while and it said my account was cancelled, anyway i re activated it and it says i cannot generate the ebay token cos i have another account and i dont can you help?

This seems to be a common problem.

Send up a support ticket and they will tell you exactly what to do. I think that they have to do something on their back end first. It shouldn't be a problem, though.
