Could another user explain to me why "I would suggest you use a different browser like Firefox and let me know if you see an error message while try to open these windows" would work in getting this get HTML to work.

Hi leahrlw,

This could resolve the situation if the pop up blocker on your current browser is blocking the "Preview" and "Get HTML" popup windows.

Anyway, if you are not getting a response from these buttons, there must be a popup blocker on your system that is blocking them. If you have any sort of toolbar on your browser, that could be the culprit. Also, internet security programs like AdAware can have popup blockers enabled by default.
