I really like the professional look of the Auctiva listings and deals on photos and promoting, etc. It is very helpful with sales, but I am getting a little frustrated with going back and forth from Auctiva to My Ebay and many things don't match up. #of Bids for example, I have had bids on items show up in Auctiva and not at all on My Ebay. I've read it can take a few hours for Ebay to catch up, but I never did see the green dollar figure show up on My Ebay with 2 days to go. I was shocked to see it in Sold Items in My Ebay.
I would suggest a Messages file for our accounts as well. More going back and forth from Auctiva to My Ebay just to read and answer questions from bidders.
