Get New Token error message

i changed my ebay user id from ae66 to lowisportsfurs and i am trying to generate a new token because now my auctivia store window does not work when i try to generate my new token i get this error message "An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?"

i did have a another auctivia account but deleted the other and it still does not allow me to generate a new token does auctivia have to completely remove the other account from there database please any suggetions some one help

Yes, You need to file a support request...when you want to change your user name on auctiva you must file a request with them. You can file a support request on the help page at the bottom. Good luck, William
