Getting an eBay listing on Auctiva

Help! When I signed up for Auctiva about a week ago, it went to my eBay account and brought all my listings over.

I justhad to create a new listing on eBay - not using Auctiva. How do I get Auctiva to go back to eBay and get it?

Hi -I believe Auctiva will automatically import your listing, but it normally takes 3 or 4 hours. I may be off on the exact number of hours, but there is a delay, give it a little time. If it doesn't show up in a day, file a support request from the Help page.
