Getting API error when listing from my standard form, only for one item

Trying to get a listing listed but keep getting it thrown to the sched folder. It cites can not list because it contains a API error. I click on the link for a explanation and it refers to tiny urls and outside links.I have not had any of these,since I started here.Also I listed 10 items two days ago, and they all went thru. Now could the error be a photo hosting issue? Outside of that I am drawing a blank.Thanks

I can't even get into saved listings to list similar.

tried new listings page...finally got in...descriptions aren't loading.
