Hi how is everyone doing. About 6 months ago I had a custom template designed from a company and have been using Auctiva ever since to list my auctions. A few weeks ago ebay said I was in violation for keyword spamming because within the custom template the designer had put corss promotion links in a text format so it was coming up as searchable text. I had the company redo the design using jpegs instead of text for the links so they would no longer be searchable. Now my question is.... I ended all my auctions and am ready to relist them, whats the fastest way I can do this with the new design taking effect. If I start from scratch using my master profiles it works fine and the new design shows, If i use the relist or sell similiar feature the old design shows. Anyone have any advice? Thanks.

Hi - Since you asked for the FASTEST way to have the new design take effect, I would just post your newly designed listing as a new listing. (I am assuming your new listing has been saved and is ready to list.) This would result in an immediate display of the revised listing.

An alternate method would be to relist your old listing, and then revise it on ebay's 'revise your listing' page by replacing the original HTML with your new HTML. This is not particularly difficult but would be more time consuming, and I would only do this if getting ebay's relist credit were a major consideration.
