Getting Errors -Must shut down

Is anyone else having this difficulty? It has taken me all afternoon to list 5 things because I keep getting frozen. It happens when I select a drop down (pictures, spelling, item choices, etc.) I end up having to shut down (ctrl,alt,del) Auctiva and starting over. Very frustrating. Yesterday I kept getting the "run time error" message. Is something going on I am unaware of or what?

Hi!
Yes! Yesterday it took me all day to list!! Hard to do with a 1 and 4 year old. I kept getting frozen too. Finally, after every step I had to save my stuff... click back onto my listing.. and go to the next step then save again... and so on! Took forever! There must be a reason for this! Will look forward to someones help on this too!

I also had athe frozen and :run time error" problem yesterday. I just walked away. If you put in a help claim, its fixed before they answer.

I have spent the last 30 minutes on 2 listings. I get them done and then they won't save, I lose the whole thing. They freeze, I get a run time error, or another Auctiva page that says it is unavailable. I have 5 things to post but am half afraid to try it right now. Very frustrating when this is my only time to be able to do listings.

All is good again. Apparently they were switching servers or whatever! Am sure everyone else is good too. I love Auctiva and when it's down it's sad
