When I click on link, I have two options 1) something to do with a store, which I don't have, and 2) something about combined shipping which I don't do.
and get new token. Why?

Since your token is not going to expire for 171 days, you don't actually have to generate a new token immediately. However, if you would like to do so, you can accomplish that by mousing over the "My Account" tab within your account, selecting the "eBay" option under "Preferences", and then clicking the "Get New Token" link on the ensuing page.
That token expiration warning is currently set to show up in your account when your token is 182 days from the expiration date. However, we are thinking of shortening the extent of that advance notice with a future site update.

Kind of silly to have to renew my ebay token with 181 days left. Guys reducing it down to 30 days makes more sense!

I agree with the 30 days. I got so tired of seeing the notice that I renewed just to get rid of it.
