getting ride of previous sign up??

I signed up several months ago.. but had problems signing in.. so i oppted out becuase i thought this was to advanced for me at the time.. when i tried to sign up again it let me register new but now i have 3 messages saying there is someone else with my account do i have multiple account.. who do i go to for help with this..??
