Getting the SPELL CHECK to work in the item description????

Unable to get the spell check to work in the Auctiva item decription field. Yes, I can do the description in email or Word, and spell check each one that way, but that is slower than I'd like.
Anyone have the answer?

Mine has always worked fine, but just wondered if you're getting an error msg or what .... best to file a support case...
