Glitch In System when loading shipping prices to ebay

When all my auctions ended last night and payments started to come in - all the shipping prices were $1 or more less than what is showing in the template in auctiva on listing with flat rate shipping. There is some sort of issue or was some sort of issue that week in the uploading of this information to ebay. I have submitted a support ticket in Auctiva - it does seem to be an Auctiva issue not an ebay issue.
