I'm pretty new on auctiva, so don't know much, but I am checking my listings on ebay, and see 5 listings expiring today even though they show on my auctiva active listings as "good til cancelled". I don't have any auto-relisting profiles set up. "Good til cancelled" doesn't mean that the listing continues until I run out of product? Will I have to pay another insertion fee to relist these items? Or, will the listing continue without my intervention?

Thanks for any assistance, Charlie

Hi Charlie,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. A listing posted with the "Good til Canceled" duration is basically a "30 day" listing that renews automatically at the end of each 30 day period until all of the items have sold of the listing is ended manually, so I suspect the listings you are referring to have 5 days left in the current 30 day stint.

Each time a "Good til Canceled" listing is automatically renewed by eBay at the end of any 30 day period, you will be charged a new insertion fee as described on the following page of eBay's help index:

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
